Adopting a Puppy

Thank you for your interest in our puppies!

This application enables us to determine which labradoodle puppy will best suit your particular family. We will review your application and then contact you by phone to answer any questions you may have. Once approved, you will be asked to send a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to us that is applied to the adoption fee. If once you have given us a deposit and decide you are then not interested in a puppy, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event we cannot provide a puppy for you fitting your requirements, we will give you the option of a prompt refund at that time OR deferring to our next litter.

• You may fill out the form online, then print it out, sign it and send via Express Mail, FedEx or UPS.
• You may also fill out online (or print it out and fill it out), sign, scan and send via email to: vickityson@comcast.net
